Return policy
When Defects of the Goods Are Identified at the Time of Delivery (Transfer) to You:
If, upon delivery of the goods, you find that the goods are of poor quality and have defects, you must immediately, but no later than 24 (twenty-four) hours from the delivery of the goods and in all cases before the installation (use) of the goods, notify the Seller via the email address provided at the beginning of these Terms.
When notifying, please provide the order number and the product (part) code, and submit to the Seller:
- Photos of the defective goods showing the defects;
- If the goods were delivered by courier – photos of the original packaging (one of the photos should show the product number);
- Photos of the shipping package (one of the photos should show the shipment number);
- The purchase confirmation document (the invoice received when purchasing).
Electronic goods are accepted only if their defect has been confirmed by the manufacturer’s authorized service, and you have provided the Seller with a document issued by the authorized service confirming this.
Once the return is confirmed by the Seller, a return label will be sent to you. Place the completed "Request to Replace or Return Goods" form inside the package/box along with the returned goods. Stick the return label on the shipment package/box.
The returned goods must be in their original, undamaged packaging.
You must ensure that the Seller receives the returned goods no later than 5 (five) working days after the Seller has confirmed the return.
Upon receiving the returned defective goods identified at the time of delivery, you can choose to receive a full refund of the amount paid for the goods, or the defective goods will be replaced with quality goods. In this case, we will cover the costs of returning the defective goods and sending the new goods.
Goods with noticeable defects or damages cannot be used or installed, and you must notify the Seller of any defects observed before installation. The Seller is not responsible for defects or damages of goods already installed, if you or the person who installed the goods could have identified those defects and informed the Seller within 24 (twenty-four) hours from the delivery or installation of the goods.
Product Warranty:
The products come with a 2 (two) year warranty, starting from the date of delivery (transfer) to you.
Please familiarize yourself with the warranty conditions.
If, during the warranty period, you identify that a product purchased from GTV Trading is of poor quality and has defects, you must immediately, but no later than 5 (five) working days from identifying the defect, notify the Seller via the email address provided at the beginning of these Terms. When notifying, please provide the Seller with:
- Photos of the defective goods showing the defects;
- The purchase confirmation document (the invoice received when purchasing);
- If the part was installed at a non-authorized service (workshop) – a document confirming the installation of the part (workshop invoice), which should include the installation date, vehicle body number, and mileage;
- In the case of electronics – a document from the manufacturer’s authorized service confirming the defect.
When considering valid customer complaints about the quality of goods, the Seller has the right, within a mutually agreed time period, to replace the goods with equivalent quality parts or to repair the defects at their own cost and with their own means.
Other Cases:
Quality goods without defects are not exchanged or refunded unless otherwise agreed with the Seller.
After the warranty period has expired, goods are not exchanged or refunded.
